Polveriera – Pinot Bianco Colli Berici DOC
This wine is obtained from a spurred cordon trained planting from 1994-1995.
The short pruning and the low number of buds reduce the yield to 6000 kilos per hectare. The colour is straw yellow tending towards gold. To the nose it is elegant and delicate with aromas of ripe apples, pears and flowers. To the taste it has starkly clean and delicate flavours.
