Fostine – Sauvignon Colli Berici DOC
The Fostine is a Sauvignon obtained from a polyclonal vineyard. The colour is straw yellow with greenish reflections. It has an intense aroma typical of Sauvignon with hints of sage, medicinal herbs and pronounced fruity sensations of peach, apricot and citrus. In the mouth it reveals a good minerality, effectively balancing softness and acidity. It is a very pleasurable wine.
