Vigneto Lola has been obtained from the rosè fermentation of the Tai (Tocai) Rosso grapes. It is aged in steel in contact with its lees in order to guarantee a greater complexity of its aromas. Colour and scents sharply evoke the Rose. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced with mineral nuances, hints of strawberry and raspberry. It is ideal for a refreshing aperitif or with delicate pasta dishes, a perfect pairing with fish, especially with “raw” fish.
