Sissi’s lasagna

Sissi is 90 years old and incredible energy. Has always lived with us in Toara. Actually she came here before us. It helps with the house and the kitchen, but it is much more a part of our family. She is a mother, grandmother, aunt. It has a big secret: her lasagna is the best in the world. Not to mention the Bacalà and noodles with various toppings. And do not say just us, but all those people who have been lucky enough to taste its cuisine. Better in the spring: a large table with friends and family in the garden. Our wines have yet to find a dish that combined can overcome the lasagne with ragout of Sissi.
